Ayesha has decades of demonstrated leadership in human capital, compliance and legal across the Americas, Europe, and Asia and has managed budgets of multi-millions at some of the most iconic companies including The Walt Disney Company, WeWork and Amtrak. Ayesha is a growth and human capital forecasting expert. She has integrated over eight (8) M&A companies, resulting in increased revenue, profit, and talent retention.

In addition to her human capital experience, Ayesha enjoyed a successful legal career. While an attorney at Mayer Brown LLP, a large global law firm, Ayesha handled complex executive compensation, risk mitigation and M&A for Fortune 500 companies. She also served as a prosecutor and Special Counsel for the District of Columbia. Recently, Ayesha founded Ellevator, a private membership organization focused on enhancing the skills and network of women of color.
