Ayesha J. Whyte is a six time Chief People Officer and employment attorney with 20 years of experience in global expansion, M&A and cultural integration within high growth and transformational companies, in technology, retail, media and consumer sectors. Through her company, Dixon Whyte LLC, Ayesha also provides specialized guidance to CEOs and Boards regarding potential acquisitions, executive compensation and employee stock share. Ayesha’s ability to think strategically and successfully guide organizations through change has made her a respected subject matter expert and thought partner.
Ayesha has decades of demonstrated leadership in human capital, compliance and legal across the Americas, Europe, and Asia and has managed budgets of multi-millions at some of the most iconic companies including The Walt Disney Company, WeWork and Amtrak. Ayesha is a growth and human capital forecasting expert. She has integrated over eight (8) M&A companies, resulting in increased revenue, profit, and talent retention.
In addition to her human capital experience, Ayesha enjoyed a successful legal career. While an attorney at Mayer Brown LLP, a large global law firm, Ayesha handled complex executive compensation, risk mitigation and M&A for Fortune 500 companies. She also served as a prosecutor and Special Counsel for the District of Columbia. Recently, Ayesha founded Ellevator, a private membership organization focused on enhancing the skills and network of women of color.
Ayesha received a Bachelor of Arts (summa cum laude) from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Howard University School of Law.
